About the Group Sessions
Becoming a parent brings new questions at every stage, and it’s easy to feel like you’re navigating pregnancy, birth, and those first chaotic months without a map. Many parents find themselves searching for answers between late-night forums and conflicting advice, when what they really want is time with someone who actually knows.
Led by OT&P’s own midwives, physiotherapists, dietitians, psychiatrists, occupational therapists and speech therapists, this complimentary seven-part series offers practical, evidence-based guidance through every stage of early parenthood from late pregnancy to your child’s second year.
Light snacks and refreshments will be served.
