Granted a Full Day Procedure Centre Licence under Hong Kong's Private Healthcare Facilities Ordinance (PHFO)

Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS)

OT&P Healthcare adheres to the strictest quality standards and is accredited by a major international quality assurance body. We are at the forefront of introducing these internationally recognised standards for healthcare groups in Hong Kong. In March 2010, OT&P Healthcare made a remarkable achievement and received international accreditation by the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS). ACHS is endorsed by the International Society for Quality in Healthcare (ISQua) – a body that monitors and audits accreditation organisations worldwide.

In June 2019, ACHS visited OT&P Healthcare to evaluate the services for the 4th three-year cycle, where our clinics were reaccredited. At this time, OT&P Healthcare is the only clinic group in Hong Kong to be accredited by ACHS.

What does the accreditation mean for OT&P?

Accreditation is 'public recognition of achievement by a healthcare organisation, of requirements of national healthcare standards and is awarded based on achievement of quality standards and the independent external survey by peers of an organisation's level of performance in relation to the standards.'

Fulfilling the criteria for ACHS accreditation is a testament to our professionalism and assurance of excellent care for every OT&P patient.
