Winnie is a seasoned psychologist specializing in psychological treatments for a wide range of issues, including behavioral challenges, emotional disturbances, interpersonal difficulties, and adjustment problems across all age groups. During her graduate studies in the U.S., she acquired valuable clinical experience at various community mental health centres in Pennsylvania, where she treated children, adolescents, and adults grappling with conditions such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, psychosis, and substance abuse.
Since 1999, Winnie has been an active practitioner in Hong Kong, holding positions within the Student Health Service and Child Assessment Service under the Hong Kong Department of Health, as well as the Student Counselling and Development Service at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, where she provides support to students facing a myriad of mental health challenges. She is also the author of the books 孩子扭計點算好 and 父母必學!和孩子溝通的語言藝術.
