Experience

Anna is an experienced therapist, trainer and writer. Having lived in Hong Kong for the past 30 years, Anna specialises in managing all aspects of addiction and substance abuse. She was the Head Counsellor of The Cabin (Hong Kong), which was part of the Cabin Addiction Services Group headquartered in Chiang Mai, Thailand. She was also a therapist at St. John’s Cathedral Counselling Services for many years. She is one of the few CSAT (IITAP Certified Sex Addiction Therapists) and CMAT (IITAP Certified Multiple Addiction Therapists) in Asia. She has designed and run family treatment programmes for the families of addicts and treats a wide variety of individual, couple and family with communication and relationship issues.

She regularly broadcasts on RTHK radio, having produced a series titled ‘Hooked’ that talks about addiction, and has written extensively about mental health care.
