Selina Kuok is a Clinical Nutritionist and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach specializing in functional medicine nutrition. She received a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport (US), a Health Coaching certification through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (US), and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School.

Selina uses an evidence-based approach to help her clients restore their health and prevent disease by identifying dysfunction in the body and addressing the root cause of these imbalances. She works with clients to craft highly personalized programs taking into account each person’s unique set of lifestyle and environmental experiences woven together with their genetic makeup.

Selina conducts an in-depth initial consultation to gather a detailed health history and will create a personalized nutrition and care plan with guidance on diet, nutrition supplementation, exercise and movement, stress management, sleep, and other restorative therapies. Functional medicine testing may also be recommended.

Selina provides one-to-one consultations as well as meal planning advice, group health coaching, and educational workshops. In addition to nutrition consulting for individuals, Selina has consulted for a global luxury hospitality group providing advice on wellness menus and healthy recipe development for children and adults.
