Upekha completed her Bachelors of Physiotherapy Degree in Melbourne, Australia, in 2008. Since then she has worked in a wide range of physiotherapy settings in Australia, gaining experience in acute and semi-acute orthopaedics, neurological and chronic pain management, finally settling into Private Practice where her ultimate interest lies.

Upekha moved to Hong Kong in 2014 and has continued her journey in Private Practice as part of the team at Prohealth Sports and Spinal Physiotherapy based in Central. She is an avid believer in combining the right amount of manual therapy along with active rehabilitation to treat movement disorders and pain.

In 2015, she was the Physiotherapist for the Valley Rugby Seconds Team and has also worked for HKFC in their adults and youth teams. Biography:

Clara qualified as a Physiotherapist from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2005. Before joining OT&P she has worked in both private and public settings in Hong Kong, where she became experienced and specialized in treating a wide variety of conditions with a focus on the neck, back and specializing in sports injuries.

As a qualified Clinical Pilates Instructor, Clara utilizes her knowledge and skills to educate clients with spinal dysfunction, focusing on the importance of correct posture, joint stability, muscle imbalance and core strength. She developed a strong interest in postural dysfunction and rehabilitation for sports injuries using these skills. Clara does Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates.

Clara appreciates the science of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture and started building a strong interest after graduation in using acupuncture together with concepts of physiotherapy for treating her patients.  She gained her qualification in Acupuncture in both Hong Kong and China.

Biography:

Selina Cheung has more than 17 years of experience as a physiotherapist in the Netherlands and Hong Kong. Graduated from the Hogeschool van Amsterdam, University of Applied Sciences in 1994, Selina specializes in musculoskeletal problems, sport injuries, back and neck problems as well as women's health.

Before she moved to Hong Kong, Selina worked in both private practice and hospital settings in the Netherlands.

In Hong Kong, Selina spent over a decade in a rehabilitation centre, where she worked with sport and spinal cord injuries. She also designed return-to-work programmes for chronic back pain patients. A well-trained acupuncture practitioner, she is fascinated by the synergy effect of combining the traditional treatment and other physiotherapy modalities in treating patients.

Selina is also very interested in women's health. In particular, she has gained postgraduate qualifications in pelvic floor rehabilitation, antenatal and postnatal care as well as menstrual problems. Neuro-rehabilitation is another area that Selina is passionate about. She has extensive postgraduate training in neurology and regularly gives lectures to students and physiotherapist graduates.

When not working, she spends a great deal of time on community work. In 2008, she went to Sichuan to help the earthquake victims by giving them physiotherapy treatments.

Florence was born in France. Prior to joining OT&P, Florence lived in the UK for 14 years. She qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in 2010. She worked for more than 4 years in a busy multi-disciplinary rural practice in Scotland as well as in Edinburgh for a year.

While she was studying osteopathy, Florence used to work as a physiotherapy assistant in a neurological rehabilitation unit at the Wellington Hospital, London.

On the first consultation, Florence will discuss her patient's symptoms as well as expectations and take a thorough medical case history.

Jean-Christophe graduated from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in the UK in 2013. Biography:

Dr Lim integrates naturopathic and homeopathic medicine for a holistic approach to healing. She has been practicing naturopathic medicine since 1997 in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. She currently holds a license from Washington State, U.S.A., to practice Naturopathic Medicine.

Dr Lim specializes in Women’s and Family healthcare with particular emphasis on Natural Fertility Management, Allergy Testing and Desensitization, Natural Weight Management, and Functional Medicine. By analyzing symptoms and information obtained from the body by the use of diagnostic methods including physical examinations, laboratory tests, and Kinesiology (muscle testing), she formulates an effective holistic treatment plan. 

Dr Lim holds a Doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine, a Master of Science degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Bastyr University in Seattle Washington, U.S.A., and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science degree from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
