Amy is a UK native and has been providing therapeutic services to young people and adults in Hong Kong since 2015.

Amy provides professional, empathic and person-centered counselling for teens, adults & families. She adopts an integrative approach drawing on her training in Client-Centered therapy, CBT & TF-CBT.

Amy is passionate about creating a space that allows her clients to navigate their thoughts, feelings and vulnerabilities at a pace they are comfortable with. She treats individuals dealing with a wide range of issues from: depression, anxiety, stress and trauma to attachment, relationship difficulties and issues with self-concept.

Amy's past experience includes being a Director of her own counselling practice and a school counsellor for a serious of international schools across Asia. In addition she has also been invited by schools, corporations and local radio to provide talks on parenting and mental health support for teens.

Amy is an individual member of the Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association (HKPCA) and the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)
