What Foods Should I Be Eating During Breastfeeding?

Include food groups that are nutrient-rich and varied in your diet.

Ideally, you should try to opt for a nutrient-rich, varied diet that consists of the following food groups:

  • Fatty fish, such as salmon

  • Healthy fats, such as avocados and greek yoghurt, eggs, and olive oil
