Neck stretching exercises and monitoring your ergonomic position can alleviate the pain.

Symptoms of poking chin include feeling pain all around the neck, especially when looking up all the way. People with poking chins feel more comfortable in a forward or looking down position. The root causes of poking chin include spending too much time in front of a phone or a laptop that is placed too low.
