What Exercises Can You Do to Release a Frozen Shoulder?

Exercises that increase the shoulder range of movement.

Exercises that focus on increasing shoulder range of movement helps to treat frozen shoulder. The exercises should be progressively increased overtime.

Stage 1 & 2:  Simple pendulum exercises, active assisted range of movements, passive range of movements exercises in all angles, isometric strengthening, pulley exercises etc.

Stage 3: All stage 1 and 2 exercises. Start concentric and eccentric weight exercises then progress to shoulder loading exercises e.g. plank, push up and return to sports exercise training.
