Experience

Aektha Wadhwani is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and is a graduate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She specialises in guiding clients to implement dietary and lifestyle practices that address the root cause of imbalances and disease, helping them to heal their bodies and optimize their overall wellness. She provides one to one coaching sessions, working alongside the Functional Medicine Practitioners, to guide individuals with their health plans. Aektha is passionate about empowering clients to take a deeper look at their life choices and offering them transformative insights so they thrive both physically and mentally in all aspects of their lives. She works to help them not only balance healthy eating habits and exercise, but she takes a holistic approach, delving into other aspects of life that ultimately have a significant impact on health, such as stress management and sleep optimization.

Her passion for this space arose after an intense medical experience that raised multiple questions about why people make seemingly unhealthy choices even though they are surrounded by a barrage of medical knowledge and resources. This journey of exploring science, medicine, mindfulness, meditation, and self reflection has manifested in her not only changing her own approach to health and wellness, but wanting to share this with a larger community.

Before becoming a health coach, Aektha worked in the finance industry for over 12 years in London and Hong Kong and she is also the mother to two young children. She completely understands the demands of a stressful career and also the importance of life balance, and has a strong focus on driving behavioural change that takes into account environmental circumstances.
