    助理會計主任

    職位描述

    • Monitor outstanding balance, chasing overdue balance and handle debt settlement
    • Liaise with multiple parties – such as insurance company, staffs from other departments and patient
    • Perform daily accounting duties for both AP and AR
    • Prepare monthly statements to insurance companies and corporate clients
    • Handle all insurance enquiries and coordinate with clients 
    • Perform any data entry and ad hoc tasks as assigned

    申請資格

    • University Graduate, Degree in Accounting be a plus

    職位要求

    • 1 to 2 years’ experience will be preferable;
    • Detailed minded and a Team player
    • Fluency in English and proficiency in Chinese
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills to different parties such as insurance company, staffs from other department and patients
    • Willing to learn, while solving different problems
    • Adaptive to environment while able to propose improvements to existing operation
    • More experienced will be considered as Account Officer
