    Job Specification

    • Perform the full cycle of the recruitment process including but not limited to prepare job description, job posting, arrange interviews and onboarding arrangement
    • Deliver day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
    • Maintain and update employee records, personal filing and database administration
    • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and new initiatives as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
    • Fresh graduates are also welcome

    Requirements

    • 1-2 years relevant experience in Medical industry or sizable companies would be an advantage
    • More experienced will be considered as Senior Human Resources Assistant
    • Well versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations
    • Familiar with MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint & Excel
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player and fast learner
    • Fluent in spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
