    Job Specification

    • Responsible for appointment bookings and patient registration
    • Handle patient enquiries in a professional manner via phone calls, emails
    • Cooperate with other team members to solve customer requests and problems efficiently
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
    • Follow up and liaise with relevant parties
    • Others ad-hoc project as assigned

    Qualifications

    • At least with two years’ customer service experience
    • Fresh Graduates are also welcome 

    Requirements

    • Trilingual - Very good level of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Detailed minded and a Team player
    • Immediate available will be an advantage
