    Job Specification

    • Ensure smooth running and administration of the respective clinic
    • Support doctors to ensure all hospital quotes and bookings are completed in a timely manner if applicable
    • Ensure all referral & follow-up letters are completed and distributed
    • Ensure patient information leaflets prepared and approved and kept ready for patient use
    • Facilitate General Practitioners’ and Patients to make appointments
    • Ensure to follow policy and procedures to check Labs/radiology results
    • Assist with covers, audits and any other duties as assigned by Management

    Qualifications

    • Degree holder of relevant discipline
    • Previous experience in private healthcare will be a plus
    • More experience will be considered as Senior Clinic Administration Officer

     

    Requirements

    • Good language command of English and Chinese. Mandarin and/ or any other languages will be a plus
    • Excellent Communication Skills and a team player
    • Detail-minded, proactive and keen to learn
